Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy services are provided by a Licensed Physical Therapist and/or a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants.

Physical Therapists perform a thorough evaluation of the patient and devise a plan of treatment to address each patient’s specific needs. Physical Therapy Assistants work under the supervision of Licensed Physical Therapists.

Our Physical Therapists treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, degenerative joint diseases, orthopedic and post surgical problems.

Physical Therapy includes but is not limited to:

  • Gait training
  • Balance training
  • Strengthening
  • Safety/Transfer training
  • Endurance training
  • Range of motion exercises
  • Pain management
  • Fall prevention/home safety
  • Establish home exercise program (HEP)
